Arrival at Kota Kinabalu International Airport. Meet, transfer and overnight Hyatt Regency Hotel. | |||

After breakfast, take a second boat trip to cruise up river to Ox-Bow Lakes for bird watching, jungle trekking in the lush riverine forest. In the afternoon, take another boat trip for more wildlife along the Menanggul & Kinabatangan River until nightfall. Return to the lodge. After dinner, night walk if weather permits. Overnight Sukau River Lodge. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

After breakfast, transfer to Sandakan Airport for departure flight to Kota Kinabalu on MH 2047, departing 1305 hrs for onwards connection flight home. (Breakfast) | |||

Transfer back to airport for a 40 minutes early domestic flight to Sandakan on MH 2042, departing 0700 hrs. Upon arrival, proceed to Sepilok Orang Utan Sanctuary. Witness the feeding of the orphaned orang utans. Walk along a jungle trail to see vegetation & animal life in the rainforest or watch nature video programme at the Nature Education Centre. Depart for Sukau by the Kinabatangan River. Check in Sukau River Lodge. Boat trip to watch the curious proboscis monkeys gather by the riverbank. A good chance to see numerous species of birds and other wildlife until nightfall. Return to the lodge, dinner will be served follwed by a slide show. Overnight Sukau River Lodge. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

What to bring Raincoat, insect repellent, sun lotion, drinking water, torch, toiletries & items of personal use. Wear good walking shoes, comfortable cotton T-shirt with either long or short pants recommended.
